If you would love to have some insider tips & ideas of ways to cook with chocolate, then this course could be just the thing for you!
There are two options you can choose from: an Evening Chocolate Cookery Class or a Half Day Chocolate Cookery Class (£65 or £99 respectively).
The school uses the very fine Willie's Venezuelan chocolate which boasts an exceptional taste. The chocolate delights you'll make include chocolate fondant, Belgium Truffles and chocolate cake.
There's plenty of nibbling as you go - enjoying chocolatey samples - and a glass of wine to enjoy sipping, too.
If you're looking for a Christmas gift & need something last minute or are worried about the post, you can print off a temporary gift voucher online. Participants do need to be 18 and to discuss any allergies they have with the school before booking.
